We provide health care to our patients through three different access points. Services are for all ages and by Appointment Only.
We welcome CareOregon, Family Care, OHP (Open Card), Healthy Kids, Lifewise and PacificSource members and offer a sliding fee scale for patients with no health insurance.

Hours for Medical Appointments Mondays: 9-11:30am and 6:30-8:30pm Wednesdays: 9-11:30am and 6:30-8:30pm Thursdays: 1:30-4pm

Mobile Medical Clinic

What kind of problems can WMC treat?
- Basic urgent care including respiratory infections, bladder infections, ear infections, fevers, skin rashes and simple foot problems.
- Diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma and other chronic conditions.
- Well child visits/immunizations.
- Dermatology and Podiatry care are offered twice per month.
- Chiropractic care is offered weekly.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide care for: mental health conditions or sexually transmitted diseases.
